• How will my package ship? 
The moisturizers are stored cold and shipped in thermal packaging with cold packs in attempt to avoid heat exposure. Depending on the location I strongly recommend to take advantage of priority mail shipping to avoid delayed heat exposure. I do the very best I can to avoid products being damaged before they reach each customer, however I have no control over the delays the shipping company may encounter.

• My hair and body oil leaked during shipping
The oils are packaged at 4oz every single time. I hand measure each product before packaging so I can guarantee this weight. The bottles are air shrunk to avoid spillage during shipping. Therefore upon opening the bottles and the air is added back to the bottle it may appear to be missing oil. Please note I do not believe in deceptive business practices so feel free to measure the oil at anytime. Before reaching out in thoughts of leakage during shipping please confirm you have 4oz of oil. I do not take responsibility for damages during shipping however all products are insured so if an incident occurs, photos will be requested and the proper steps will be followed to file claims with the shipping carrier to come to resolution.

• Will the products help with growth 

Every essential oil I’ve selected in creating the hair moisturizers and oils were designed with growth and shedding in mind as I have the same issues personally. The direct answer is yes the combination of the hair moisturizers and oils will support and encourage growth. Keep in mind there are no guarantees on how much your hair will grow or how fast. The combination of a consistent routine and a balanced diet with the use of the products is the most successful method I’ve found to work in everyone to see growth.
